How Can I Transfer My Music From My Shared Limewire Folder To My Itunes Library?

I downloaded a few songs from limewire, just because it is cheaper but im having trouble transfering my from the folder labeled my limewire tunes into my library. I’ve tried clicking file, then add file to library and the file is no where to be found. Please help
